Case Management for Addiction
Why Case Management Matters
While clinical treatment addresses the emotional and behavioral aspects of addiction, lasting recovery also depends on having the stability and resources needed to move forward.
Challenges like transportation, healthcare access, employment, housing, legal concerns, and financial stress can create barriers during recovery. Our case managers help members navigate these challenges by connecting them with resources, advocating for their needs, and providing support every step of the way.
At R3, we believe people need more than encouragement to succeed, they need practical support and a strong foundation. By addressing the obstacles outside the treatment room, our case management team helps members stay focused on recovery and continue building a healthier, more stable future.

Legal Support
- R3RS knows that addiction recovery can often come with many legal hurdles that can threaten to hold you back. At R3RS we are fortunate enough to be blessed by a lawyer who chooses to donate some of their time each week for in-person general consultation at no cost. This service is often in high demand and there are limited hours available. If you are interested, make sure to schedule a meeting at your intake.
- R3RS collaborates with the Pardon Project of Lancaster County, helping residents obtain Governor’s Pardons to clear criminal records, easing barriers to housing, schooling, and employment. A pardon takes approximately two- and one-half years from application to hearing. Presently, Governor Shapiro has been granting more than 90% of the Pardons that make it to the hearing stage.
- R3 Recovery House is recognized by Lancaster County and surrounding courts as a credible alternative to jail for residents facing drug, impaired driving, and certain felony and misdemeanor charges. Our responsible policies and positive reputation with law enforcement have led to numerous successful outcomes for residents, demonstrating our effectiveness in reintegrating individuals into society.
Educational Goals
- Often, the seeds of addiction take root during people’s early teens, disrupting their developing faith journey. We believe faith is a crucial aspect to not only your recovery journey, but to life itself, and encourage clients to pursue their own faith journey alongside recovery.
- 1 on 1 Mentorship: R3RS offers spiritual mentorship for clients who want to reconnect with their faith, explore questions about God, or grow in their spiritual walk. Our mentor will meet with you one on one to talk through your faith journey and help you understand what connecting with God can look like in recovery and in your life today.
- Bible Studies: R3 has several Bible studies that you are welcome to attend if you’re interested. They take place on our properties and are usually held at different times on a weekly basis.
