IOP/GOP
a different road to recovery
At R3RS, we give you a roadmap for recovery made up of 10 incremental, measurable, and achievable steps that make recovery and rebuilding your life feel possible.
Our workshops focus on rebuilding relationships, legal advocacy/advising, happiness and well-being, financial recovery, and occupational restoration.
Through these courses, we aim to build confidence and create a strong foundation for lasting sobriety.
Program Steps
STEP 1
To be admitted to R3RS, members must complete an inpatient stay, a PHP program, or demonstrate 30 consecutive days of sobriety.
At R3RS, we motivate clients through a supportive environment that fosters self-efficacy. We offer personalized support, celebrate small milestones, and connect clients with a community of peers sharing similar experiences and goals.
STEP 2
In Step Two, members attend five weekly group sessions and one individual session to explore their journey and goals. They also receive a comprehensive needs assessment and, if needed, an ongoing case manager.
R3RS staff works closely with members to build a strong foundation for recovery.
STEP 3
In Step Three, members attend group sessions three times a week for four weeks, focusing on self-exploration and strengthening recovery. They also engage in family and relationship therapy as needed, alongside weekly individual therapy.
Completing this step signifies 90 days of sobriety and sets the stage for refining goals and preparing for outpatient care.
STEP 4-9
In Steps Four through Nine, members participate in one group session and one individual session per week. During this period, they gain access to a series of R3RS workshops designed to address the collateral damage caused by addiction.
During these steps, members also reach a significant milestone of 180 days of sobriety, marking six months in recovery.
This milestone is a time of celebration and reflection, as members acknowledge the progress they have made and the challenges they have overcome.
STEP 10;
THE LEGACY PROGRAM
The Legacy Program provides ongoing support for alumni who have completed the program. Members can continue with outpatient services, including case management and individual sessions, as needed. They also have the opportunity to join monthly Legacy Groups to connect with others in recovery and maintain a supportive community.

All members will be expected to provide urine or saliva screens upon request, and members will not always be forewarned of the test.
