Pardon ProjectR3RS collaborates with the Pardon Project of Lancaster County, helping residents obtain Governor's Pardons to clear criminal records, easing barriers to housing, schooling, and employment. A pardon takes approximately two- and one-half years from application to hearing. Presently, Governor Shapiro has been granting more than 90% of the Pardons that make it to the hearing stage.
DUI/ARD/Drug Court/Veterans CourtR3 Recovery House is recognized by Lancaster County and surrounding courts as a credible alternative to jail for residents facing drug, impaired driving, and certain felony and misdemeanor charges.
