Annual Report
R3 Recovery Services | 2025 Annual Report
MISSION & CORE VALUES
In 2025, R3 Recovery Services clearly defined and unified our mission and core values, giving shared language to the purpose that has guided our work from the beginning. This clarity strengthened our culture, aligned our decision-making, and ensured consistency across clinical care, operations, and community partnerships.
At the heart of R3 is our mission: Recover • Restore • Rebuild
This mission reflects our belief that recovery is not a single outcome, but a process of
transformation that unfolds in stages and is best supported in community.
Recover | We confront addiction directly. Addiction has taken too many lives and fractured too many families, and we exist to guide individuals toward freedom, stability, and hope. Recovery is the essential first step—reclaiming a life addiction attempted to steal.
Restore | We walk alongside members as they heal what addiction damaged. Relationships, identity, confidence, dignity, and self-worth can be rebuilt with the right support. Restoration means treating the whole person and helping each individual rediscover their inherent value and purpose.
Rebuild | Our work does not stop with sobriety or stabilization. We empower members to step into who they were created to be, using their gifts and potential to build meaningful, purpose-driven lives marked by direction, responsibility, and hope.
CORE VALUES
In 2025, we formally articulated five core values that guide how we live out our mission every day: Growth, Team, Mission, Kindness, and Truth.
Growth | We invest in the personal and professional development of our staff. For members, growth means more than abstinence—it is holistic transformation: mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, and financial. Organizationally, we pursue continual improvement while growing with integrity and purpose.
Team | Recovery does not happen in isolation. Internally, every staff role matters. Among members, we cultivate connection and accountability. Externally, we collaborate with treatment providers and community partners to ensure individuals receive the right care.
Mission | We are mission-driven. Every decision—from programming to finances—is evaluated by one question: Does this move our mission forward?
Kindness | We strive to be warm, compassionate, and humble in how we treat others. Recovery flourishes in environments where people feel safe, respected, and valued.
Truth | Healing begins with truth. We practice honesty, accountability, and transparency—within our team, with our members, and in our organizational practices.
Together, our mission and core values form the foundation for how R3 operates, grows, and serves.
