Confidentiality Policy:
All Substance Abuse Treatment Facilities are subject to comply with Title 42 Code of Federal Regulations, part 2, titled “Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Client Records”. This means that R3 is not allowed to acknowledge your presents in treatment or lack thereof to any persons except under specific conditions.
Those conditions are as follows:
- The member provided written consent stating their approval.
- The information is provided under a court order.
- The information to provide to medical personnel when the member is in a medical emergency.
- The information is pertaining to suspected child abuse or neglect. In this case, the member of R3’s staff would be required under state law to report the suspected child abuse or neglect.
- The information is pertaining to a threat of bodily harm to self or to others. In this case, the member of R3’s staff has a duty to warn the individual about whom the threat was made.
- The information pertains to a crime committed by the member against the program or an employee of the program.

Crisis Guidelines:
R3 Recovery Services will be available during business hours to support you in any way we can. However, we do not run around the clock and our services and scope is limited. If you are having a true medical emergency, you should call 911 immediately or go to your local emergency room. If you call and someone is not available to answer your call, please leave a message detailing your purpose for the call and you will receive a call back within 48 hours.
